Shared River Port of Nanjing

Project Description

The “Nanjing Digital and Creative Port” Project aims to implement the industrial transition by implementing the digital industry and “industry 4.0” in a post-industrial site. Inspired by the “Internet of Things”, it refers to the development of smart light factories that are oriented to knowledge and IT. Reused and newly connected warehouses of the Port of Nanjing share energy production and consumption, water, cars and trucks and manage waste in a collective way. They are digitally connected to other innovative factories in the rest of the world.   More information about the project click to download here.
